Refunds
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Vivaz offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via refunds@vivazcases.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@vivazcases.com.
Returns or Exchanges
If the product does not show signs of defect or malfunctioning, VIVAZ does not accept returns or exchanges.
