Shipping policy

Once you make your order, it usually takes up to 2 business days to process it. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking link as soon as your order is processed to ship.

If your address is invalid or your items are out of stock, you will receive an email from one of our customer service representatives. If we receive no response after 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

Shipping Time:

Shipping durations depend on your location:

  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 9-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Please allow an additional 10 days beyond the normal delivery schedule before reaching out to our customer support team.

Tracking:

After dispatching your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Then you receive an email when your order state is updated.
